The accumulative air purification system in the HEU can include a 2-, 3-, and 4-stage filtration system.<\/p>\n
The 1st stage of air purification is fluff and moisture traps. Mesh fluff trap FyaR-S provides protection of subsequent stages from fibrous dust, fluff of poplars, dandelions, and midges for HEU GTU compressor stations located in forests or rural areas. Moisture traps solve the problem of protecting pre-filters from atmospheric precipitation of rain and snow. Moisture traps are regenerated by flushing.<\/p>\n
The 2nd stage of air purification is air pre-filters of class G4 (pleated filter of the FyaG type or pocket filter of the FyaK type).<\/p>\n
As the 3rd stage of filtration, air filters of fine purification of cycle air of class F6-F9 are used (pocket filter of class F6-F9, filter FyaS-F, compact filter FyaS-KT of various depths).<\/p>\n
The 4th stage of air purification is air filters of effective air purification of class E10-E12 (filters FyaS-MP, FyaS-KT).<\/p>\n
HEU with self-cleaning FEP filters are equipped with pulse valves, which, upon reaching the specified resistance and receiving a signal from the automatic control system, inject compressed air into the internal cavity of the cartridge element. Due to the strong shock-shaking effect, the cartridge filter is regenerated from previously accumulated dust. An important element of these filters is the filter material, which has a special layer at the air inlet. This layer has a high efficiency, which does not allow dust particles to penetrate into the depth of the filter material, i.e. provides the so-called surface filtration, which allows the cartridge filter elements to work for relatively long periods of time.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
