bag filters are designed for highly efficient purification of dusty air (gas) from dust in exhaust aspiration systems of various industries: metallurgical, chemical, woodworking, construction industry, etc.<\/p>\n<p>FRIP filters are available in several versions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for collecting dusts that are not toxic, fire or explosive with a temperature of the purified air up to 200\u00b0C;<\/li>\n<li>for catching explosive dusts;<\/li>\n<li>for collecting dust when cleaning high-temperature gases up to 260\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The filter consists of a housing divided into chambers of raw and purified gases, filter elements (frame type), a valve section with control electromagnets and a hose regeneration control device.<\/p>\n<p>Dusty air enters the chamber where the filter bags are located through the inlet pipe.\u00a0Dust is retained on the filter surface of the material, and purified gases are removed through the upper open parts of the hoses into the purified gas chamber.\u00a0Filter bags are made on specialized sewing equipment (see the catalog of NPP Folter LLC, issue 7, August, 2004) from highly efficient non-woven filter fabrics of both domestic and foreign production.\u00a0Sleeves can also be made of conductive materials to remove static charge.\u00a0Regeneration of filter bags is carried out periodically according to a given cycle without turning off the filter by one-way pulse blowing with compressed air entering the bags from above through holes in the purge manifolds.\u00a0The duration of the pulses and the frequency of regeneration cycles are set using the regeneration control device supplied with the filter.<\/p>\n<p>The regeneration system is designed to use compressed air at a pressure of 0.3 \u2013 0.6 MPa (3 \u2013 6 kgf\/cm2).\u00a0The compressed air supplied to the filters must be dried and purified to at least class 10 according to GOST 17433-80.\u00a0Filters for catching explosive dusts are equipped with safety valves with a destructive membrane.\u00a0In this case, the filter starting equipment must be installed in a separate (non-explosive) room.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure normal operation of the filter, the collected dust must be unloaded from the hopper periodically or constantly (depending on the initial dust content).\u00a0If dust is discharged during the operation of the filter, the discharge opening must be sealed, which is carried out by means of sluice feeders (sluice valves of the ShZ type or another type).\u00a0Installation of other sealing devices is possible.\u00a0To operate filters with 2 or 3 bins, screw conveyors (optional) are used to empty the bins and unload dust at one point.\u00a0To seal the screw conveyor at its unloading opening, it is necessary to install a sluice gate or other sealing and unloading devices.<\/p>\n<p>Upon request, the filter(s) can be equipped with an automatic system, which may include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>regeneration when the filter reaches a specified resistance;<\/li>\n<li>alarm and filter protection from elevated temperatures of purified gases;<\/li>\n<li>control of dust unloading devices of one or more filters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The automation system has the ability to transmit all information to the upper level for monitoring and managing the air purification system in conjunction with the technology it serves.\u00a0Upon special order, filters can be manufactured with a support.\u00a0When ordering, the distance from the flange(s) of the hopper(s) discharge opening to the base of the
