FYAK type filters are designed to remove dust from outside and recirculated air in supply ventilation and air conditioning systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

General structure of cell pocket filters (FYaK)<\/span><\/h4>\n

The filters consist of a metal frame and filter material sewn in the form of pockets. The opposite surfaces of the pockets are tightened with limiters, which prevents strong swelling and sticking together of adjacent pockets.\u00a0To fix the location of the pockets under the pressure of the air flow, they are connected to each other using tape.<\/span><\/p>\n

The nominal filter performance is determined by the formula:<\/span><\/p>\n

\nq\u00a0<\/span>n<\/span><\/sub>\u00a0\u2013 nominal specific air load, m\u00a0<\/span>3<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0\/h.m\u00a0<\/span>2<\/span><\/sup>\u00a0of the inlet cross-sectional area (Table 1).<\/span><\/p>\n

The filter parameters were determined in accordance with GOST R 51251 \u2013 99 and \u201cGuidelines for testing and evaluation of air filters for supply ventilation and air conditioning systems\u201d\/M.\u00a0Stroyizdat, 1979.<\/span>
\nThe filters are operational and retain their technical characteristics at purified air temperatures from -400C to +700C.<\/span>
\nThe environment and filtered air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors.<\/span><\/p>\n
