The environment and filtered air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors.\u00a0The filters can be operated at ambient temperatures of -40\u00b0\u0421 \u2013 +80\u00b0\u0421 and relative humidity up to 95%.<\/span><\/p>\n

General design of high-performance filter miniplates (FYaS-F-MP)<\/span><\/h4>\n

The filter consists of a housing 1 (galvanized steel), inside of which filter bags 2 made of minipleated filter material are installed at an angle to the direction of air flow.\u00a0The material is made of microfine glass fiber.\u00a0The filter housing has a flange 3 with which the filter is hermetically installed in the openings of the mounting frames.\u00a0The filter bags are sealed in the housing using a special sealant.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the air inlet and outlet sides, a rubber seal can be glued to flange 3 upon request.<\/span><\/p>\n

Maintenance of high-performance mini-plate filters (FyaS-F-MP)<\/span><\/h4>\n

During the operation of filters, their aerodynamic resistance should be monitored according to the readings of a pressure gauge<\/span>
\nconnected to fittings located in the walls of the air purification chambers before and after the filters.<\/span><\/p>\n

When the pressure drop reaches the value specified in the design, or based on the available pressure in<\/span>
\nthe ventilation system, it is necessary to replace the filters.<\/span><\/p>\n
