device for pulsed regeneration with compressed air.\u00a0Upon request, PAR-PI can be retrofitted with an additional FyaS filter of classes from F6 to N14 to provide additional air purification from fine aerosols or a FyaS-S carbon filter to capture gaseous pollutants.\u00a0In this case, the filter is installed on the top of the unit, which increases its height by 300 mm.\u00a0The choice of an additional filter is made depending on the dispersion of the captured aerosols and the requirements for air cleanliness.<\/p>\n<p>The unit consists of the following main parts: a filter housing, a centrifugal fan, a cartridge-type filter element FEP (hereinafter referred to as \u201ccartridge\u201d) and a device for regenerating the cartridge with compressed air.\u00a0On one side, PAR-PI has a removable door for installing a cartridge.\u00a0The cartridge is installed in the housing on support corners welded along the perimeter of the housing, and is hermetically pressed against them using sealing rubber and special clamping devices.\u00a0The door is hermetically attached to the body through sealing rubber using screw connections.\u00a0A protective air distribution grille is installed at the air outlet of the unit.\u00a0The unit has a drawer for collecting dust.<\/p>\n<p>The unit is equipped with 4 wheels and a handle with which it can be easily moved around the production facility and installed in a place convenient for servicing technological equipment.\u00a0The unit can also be manufactured in a stationary version.\u00a0In this case, instead of wheels, the unit is equipped with special adjustable supports.\u00a0To control the specified final aerodynamic resistance of the cartridge, the unit uses a differential pressure sensor with a light signal.\u00a0When the cartridge reaches its final resistance, a light signal is given indicating the need for its regeneration.<\/p>\n<p>For regeneration, the unit must be connected through fitting 5 (d=1\u201d) to a compressed air network with a pressure of 5-6 atm.\u00a0Compressed air must be cleaned and dried to at least class 10 according to GOST 17433-80.\u00a0Regeneration must be carried out with the fan turned off using a special regeneration control device included in the delivery set.<br \/>\nDuring operation, various cantilever-rotary devices, air ducts from local exhausts or another ventilation network can be connected to the unit.\u00a0The resistance of these devices should not exceed the \u201cfree\u201d pressure margin indicated in the table.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The
