Sleeves can be made on the basis of modern highly efficient non-woven filter materials, as well as foreign materials. Some main types of nonwoven fabrics are shown in the table below. Reliable operation of bag filters is ensured by the use of bags made of highly efficient and durable filter materials, as well as the quality of manufacturing (sewing) of the bags.
To meet today’s high requirements, we use new non-woven filter materials, which distinguishes them from other woven structures:
- higher cleaning efficiency up to 99.99%;
- ability to capture fine dust larger than 1 micron;
- the use of special materials makes it possible to effectively capture aerosols of 0.3-0.5 microns;
- high temperature resistance up to 260°C;
- high wear resistance, increasing their service life due to the use of durable frame meshes in the material structure.
As mentioned above, the reliable operation of bag filters significantly depends on the quality of sewing of the bags, because During operation, they undergo multiple regeneration cycles, i.e. exposure of the hoses to various shaking mechanisms, shock effects of compressed air pulses or back blowing. In this regard, reliability can be ensured both by the high technical characteristics of the filter materials used and by the appropriate technological equipment for their manufacture.
The high quality of the hoses we produce is ensured by the use of specialized foreign equipment from JUKI (Japan). Two types of special sewing machines are shown in Fig. 2 and 3. The first machine (Fig. 2) ensures stitching of the material using a special lock seam with triple stitching, which ensures almost 100% reliability during operation. The second machine (Fig. 3) provides sewing of various rings, cords, collars, etc., which are necessary for installing and sealing the sleeves in the filter structure.
