Returns
There is no return, as this product is individually developed to fit you and your needs. If the delivery is carried out by our transport, we take responsibility to ensure that the equipment is carefully loaded at the warehouse and arrives to you intact. During the order acceptance, please check the integrity of all equipment units.
Exchange
According to the Ukrainian law “On Consumer Rights Protection”, a custom-made product of proper quality is not subject to return.
Returns of products of improper quality can be made within 14 days. To do so, please follow these steps:

● Describe the problem and take photos.
You can also exchange or return products at the following address: Address: 126 Plekhanivska Street, Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Funds will be returned to your card within 24 hours after the return of the product or provided in cash. In the case of returning a product of improper quality, transportation costs are covered by NTP “FOLTER-UKRAINE.”
Proper Quality
Products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return.
