Operating principle of industrial dust collectors

Industrial dust collectors carry out two-stage purification of the sucked air. The first stage is a dry cyclone, the second stage is a fabric filter. When the fan impeller rotates, a vacuum is created, due to which contaminated air enters the cyclone-type dust collector. In it, due to centrifugal forces, large dust particles are mixed to the walls of the housing and enter the hopper. Next, the air, passing through the fan, enters the bag fabric filter, where it is finally cleaned and enters the serviced room.
