The modules can be installed in clean rooms of medical institutions, pharmaceutical, electronics, food and other industries. Modules of the MV type can also be used to install HEPA filters of the FyaS type in exhaust ventilation systems, for example, in biological laboratories and other premises that use dangerous microorganisms, radioactive aerosols, etc. In this case, the modules are also mounted in the walls or ceiling of the clean room, and the FyaS filters installed in these modules not only clean the exhaust air, but also protect the entire network of exhaust air ducts from contamination by microorganisms and dangerous aerosols.

Maintenance of air distribution modules

During the operation of filters, their aerodynamic resistance should be monitored according to the readings of a pressure gauge connected to fittings located in the walls of the air-cleaning chambers before and after the filters. When the pressure drop across the filter reaches the value specified in the design, or selected based on the available pressure in the system, the filters must be regenerated. To regenerate the filters, it is necessary to remove the cells from the mounting frames. Filter cells FyaVB, FyaRB, FyaPB are washed with warm water. To improve rinsing, you can add surfactants to the water, for example, 10% caustic soda. The filter material of the FyaUB filters is replaced with new one.
