Recirculation dust collection unit type PAR-M

The recirculating dust collection unit PAR-M is designed to capture fine dust at low concentrations in the purified air. The unit is used for soldering, spot welding and other technological processes. PAR-M can be used subject to periodic manual regeneration of the first stage filter.

General structure of the recirculating dust collection unit (PAR-M)

The unit is equipped with a two-stage air purification system. As the 1st stage of cleaning, a pre-cleaning pocket filter FyaK with filter material that can be manually regenerated or disposable is used; as the 2nd stage, a filter FyaS class F7-H13 is used. The class of filters is selected depending on the type of dust and the required purity of the purified recirculated air by the specialists of our company. Upon request, PAR-M can be equipped with a special carbon filter for additional air purification from gaseous pollutants. The unit consists of the following parts: filter housing; centrifugal fan; pocket filter; pleated filter.

On one side, PAR-M has a removable door for installing filters. The filters are placed in the housing on supporting corners and pressed against them using special devices. The door is hermetically attached to the body using screw connections through sealing rubber. The unit is equipped with 4 wheels and a handle, with which it can be easily moved around the production facility and installed in a place convenient for servicing process equipment. Two wheels are equipped with locking mechanisms.

The unit can also be manufactured for stationary use; instead of wheels, the unit is equipped with special adjustable support legs. The unit is equipped with control lamps that light up (signal) when the filters I and II stages of cleaning reach the final resistance. After this, the 1st stage FYAK pocket filter must be replaced or manually regenerated, and the 2nd stage filter must only be replaced. When operating the unit, it can be equipped with various tilt-rotating devices or connected by an air duct to a local suction. To maintain the nominal performance, the resistance of the additional air duct network or the cantilever-rotary device should not exceed the static pressure reserve of the unit indicated in the table.
