The unit carries out two-stage cleaning of the sucked air. The first stage of cleaning is a dry cyclone; the second stage is a seven-bag filter. The unit operates according to a recirculation scheme. Purified air enters the serviced room.

General design of the ventilation dust collection unit (ZIL-900M)

The unit consists of the following main components: a housing in which the cyclone and twelve filter hoses are located; fan with electric motor; hopper with dust pan. The bag filter of the unit is periodically cleaned of dust using a manual shaking mechanism. To remove dusty air from the shelter, round metal air ducts or flexible metal hoses should be used. Air ducts are laid along the shortest route, preferably without bends.
