Bag filter maintenance

During the operation of filters of the FRIP FPI type and cyclones TsN-15 and SCN-40, trapped dust accumulates in their bunkers, which must be constantly or periodically removed. To solve this problem, various devices are used: screw conveyors, sluice feeders, sluice gates, manual screw gates. Depending on the technical requirements and the properties of the dust being removed, various dust removal schemes can be used. To control automatic dust unloading, filter hoppers can be equipped with one or two dust level sensors, ensuring full automation of the dust unloading process.

Screw conveyors type TR for FRIP filters

To remove dust from multi-hopper bag filters of the FRIP type, screw conveyors can be used, which
provide dust intake from several hoppers and unloading at one point. Diagrams with overall connection dimensions
of TP type screw conveyors are given below.

On individual orders, screw conveyors can be manufactured with other sizes, including those with an increased distance for transporting dust to the required dust unloading location.

Sluice gate type ZSh

Reliable operation of filters can be ensured by reliable sealing of the discharge openings of the bins. For these purposes, sluice gates (sluice feeders) can be used, which can be either manually controlled or equipped with electrical wires. The main technical parameters of the sluice gates and feeder are indicated in the PDF file, which you can download from the website.
