Differential pressure gauges and pressure sensors
Differential pressure gauges of the DPG type and electronic pressure sensors of the PS type are designed to measure excess, vacuum pressure, as well as the difference in pressure of air and non-aggressive gases and can be used to monitor the resistance of air filters in sections of pocket filters of the SKF type; pleated filters type SSF, in air distribution modules type MV, as well as in any other filter chambers.

Technical characteristics of pressure gauges type DPG
| Model | measurement range |
|---|---|
| DPG600 | 0-600 Pa |
| DPG800 | 0-800 Pa |
Technical characteristics of PS type sensors
| Model code 5A – microsensor | Pressure range | Sensor difference | Sensor accuracy. Low pressure model | Sensor accuracy. High pressure model | Calculated electrical power Resist. load | Calculated electrical power Induct. load |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PS600 (-5A) | 40…600 Pa | 30 Pa | ±5 Pa | ±30 Pa | 3A/250VAC*) | 2A/250VAC |
| PS1500 (-5A) | 100…1500 Pa | 80 Pa | ±10 Pa | ±50 Pa | 3A/250VAC*) | 2A/250VAC |
| PS4500 | 500…4500 Pa | 180 Pa | ±50 Pa | ±200 Pa | 5A/250VAC | 2A/250VAC |
The DPG pressure gauge and the PS sensor are connected to two fittings of the filter chambers before and after the filter using flexible hoses (tubes) and allow visual monitoring (DPG pressure gauge) of changes in the resistance (pressure drop) of the filters, and with the help of an electronic PS sensor, a signal about the achievement of a given pressure drop can be output as an electrical signal. For visual monitoring of filter resistance, liquid inclined manometers type MM and vertical type MMK can also be used.
Technical characteristics of pressure gauges type MM and MMK
| Model code | measurement range | Accuracy | Model code | measurement range | Accuracy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| MM200600 | 0…600Pa | 5 Pa/25 Pa | MM1K | 0…1.0 kPa | 10 Pa |
| MM100*) | 0…1500 Pa | 10 Pa/50 Pa | MM1.5K | 0…1.5 kPa | 10 Pa |
If it is necessary to visually monitor the resistance of filters with the simultaneous supply of an electrical signal about a change in resistance, combined models of filter controller devices can be used.
Technical characteristics of filter controllers type MM/PS and DPG/PS

Additionally, all pressure gauges and sensors can be equipped with plastic fittings for installation in the walls of the filter chambers and after the filter and flexible tubes 2 m long.
