Oil mist filter for CNC machines and coolants

The filter is designed to remove oil mist during metalworking with an emulsion (lubricant-coolant).

How it works: The filter is equipped with a fan that creates a vacuum inside the housing. The air, along with dust particles, smoke, and liquid droplets, is drawn into the housing through the pre-filter. The pre-cleaned air is thrown to the walls by centrifugal force, small droplets and dust particles hit the walls of the housing and flow down into the pan, and the air exits through the cartridge filter, undergoing final cleaning.

The liquid captured during operation flows through a special tube at the bottom of the filter.

The purified air is returned to the room.

The noise level is minimal due to the shape of the specially curved blades.
