**Filters FyaRB-M and FyaVB-M differ from filters FyaRB FyaVB in that the filter cell body and mounting frame (depth 70 mm) are made of galvanized sheet (FyaRB, FyaVB – painted carbon steel). Filters FyaRB-M, FyaVB-M can be manufactured in various overall dimensions – according to the inlet section.

The filter parameters were determined in accordance with GOST R 51251-99 and “Guidelines for testing and evaluation of air filters for supply ventilation and air conditioning systems” / – M.: Stroyizdat, 1979.

The filters are operational and retain their technical characteristics at the temperature of the air being purified from -400C to +400C. The environment and filtered air must not contain aggressive gases and vapors.

General structure of cellular flat filters (FyaRB, FyaVB, FyaPB, FyaUB)

Filters consist of a cell and a mounting frame. A filter layer (material) is placed in the cell body. The filter cell is secured in the mounting frame using four latches located on the cell body. Filters can be mounted in flat or corner panels such as US Fya or other equipment. Before installation, the filter cell is removed from the installation frame. The installation frame is secured through rubber gaskets to panels or other structures using bolts (screws) installed in 12 holes in the frame. After installing the frame, the filter cell is placed in it and secured with latches.

Maintenance of cell flat filters (FyaRB, FyaVB, FyaPB, FyaUB)

During the operation of filters, their aerodynamic resistance should be monitored according to the readings of a pressure gauge connected to fittings located in the walls of the air-cleaning chambers before and after the filters. When the pressure drop across the filter reaches the value specified in the design, or selected based on the available pressure in the system, the filters must be regenerated. To regenerate the filters, it is necessary to remove the cells from the mounting frames. Filter cells FyaVB, FyaRB, FyaPB are washed with warm water. To improve rinsing, you can add surfactants to the water, for example, 10% caustic soda. The filter material of the FyaUB filters is replaced with new one.
