KFV-O – dust removal filter and ventilation chamber

The dust-removing filter-ventilation chamber KFV-O is designed for organizing local work areas of various technological processes accompanied by the release of contaminants (dust, fine aerosols) into the air of the work area, such as welding, cutting, stripping, grinding of various metals, wood, plastics, etc. d. Additionally, KFV-O can be equipped with special filters to clean the air from gaseous pollutants and odors.

Fans that remove air from the KFV-O working area can be installed both at the top of the chamber and on the floor next to the chamber. At the Customer’s request, fans can also be located at some distance from the KFV-O chamber. In this case, the fan and chamber must be connected by an air duct. The fan and air duct are not included in the standard package of the KFV-O and are supplied upon agreement and technical specifications of the customer.

KFV-O filter ventilation chambers are divided into two types depending on the air filtration system.

1. KFV-OI – self-cleaning, with FEP cartridge filter elements, which are automatically regenerated during
operation by pulsed blowing with compressed air. To operate the KFV-OI in this case, it is necessary to connect to a compressed air line.

2. KFV-ON – storage, with cellular cassette filters, which does not require the consumption of compressed air. The service life of cell filters can range from 3-4 months to one year, depending on operating conditions.
