The KFV-P filter-ventilation painting booth is designed to organize a painting zone using the air spray method in a production area without the expense of enclosing this zone. To remove air, the KFV-P spray booth can be equipped with its own fan of the appropriate design or connected to the exhaust ventilation of the workshop or room in which it is installed.

During the process of painting products, the spray booth allows you to remove and capture released paint aerosols, ensuring compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements for clean air in the workplace. Retrofitting the spray booth with a supply filter and ventilation unit allows you to ensure a high level of air purity in the paint booth, which improves the quality of painting products, for example, the glossy surface of car body parts, furniture facades, etc.

The supply filter and ventilation unit includes a fan and a filter system that ensures a high level of air purity supplied to the working area (working cabin) of the paint booth. The volume of purified air supplied to the working area exceeds the volume of air removed through the filter and ventilation system of the filter chamber, which prevents unpurified air from entering the painting area from the atmosphere of the room where the painting chamber is located.
