Fiber filters FKG-T; FKG-N and FKG-P analogues of the FVG-T and FVG-M filters are intended for sanitary purification of air at a temperature of 5-50 ° C from galvanic baths containing fog, splashes of acids and alkalis. FKG-T (N) filters have an increased filter surface, which extends the service life before regeneration. Inside the filter housing there is a cassette with filter material. The cassette is made in the form of vertical folds. Installation and replacement of cassettes are carried out through the installation hatch.

The filter operates in the mode of accumulation of the captured product on the surface of the filter material with partial liquid drainage. When the pressure drop reaches 500 Pa, the filter is periodically washed (usually once every 15-20 days) using a portable nozzle inserted through the mounting hatch inside the filter. The cassette is easily removed from the housing. You can wash the cassette in a specially equipped sink. Five standard sizes of filters are manufactured with a capacity from 5,000 to 80,000 m3/h. The filter material is needle-punched fabric. The climatic design of the filters is UHL, placement category 4 according to GOST 15150-69, intended for use in production categories G and D SNiP 2.09-85.
