PAR-MN-500 – recirculation dust collection unit

The PAR-MN500 dust collection unit allows you to remove contaminants and emissions from specific areas by connecting a radial exhaust device of the RVU type, and can also be used for general air purification in rooms, incl. clean, in recirculation mode. In this case, air intake for cleaning is carried out through a grille located in the upper part of the PAR-MH500 dust collection unit.

The body and all external elements of the unit are finished (powder painted) so that it can be placed in clean rooms. The unit consists of a housing. An exhaust device is attached to the top of the body using a rotary coupling. In the case of using the unit to purify general exchange air (when the connection of a radial exhaust device RVU is not required), the top panel is made of a perforated sheet through which air is taken in. Inside the housing there is a preliminary filter FyaG, a highly efficient filter FyaS, a sorption filter and FyaG. A fan is installed and secured between the FyaG and FyaS filters. The FyaS type filter is pressed through the gasket with bolts to the guides to ensure the required tightness.

On one side, PAR-MH500 has a removable door for installing filters, which slide into the unit along guides. The door is hermetically attached to the body using screw connections through sealing rubber. A protective grill is installed at the outlet of the unit. The unit is equipped with four wheels and three handles, with which it can be easily moved around the production facility and installed in the most convenient place for servicing process equipment. The wheels of the unit are equipped with locking mechanisms. PAR-MH500 can also be manufactured in a stationary version. In this case, instead of wheels, the unit is equipped with special adjustable supports.

The dust collection unit carries out multi-stage air purification. As the first stage of cleaning, a pre-cleaning filter FyaG class G4 is used, in which large particles settle. At the second stage of the HEPA, the FyaS filter captures particles up to 0.1 microns in size. Then the air is passed through the third stage of filtration – sorption filter elements, in which odors and gases are captured. At the air outlet from the unit, a pleated FyaG filter is used, which prevents the possible removal of sorbent dust from the unit.
